1964 Vespa 90 for $850 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This is a nice looking Vespa 90. The ad says it will run with a little effort which is a little vague. Personally, I wouldn't pay $850 for this if it's not running but someone might and I don't think it's a bad deal but it's not a great one.
