1980 P200E for $450 in Hartford, Conneticut

This thing looks like it's a rusted mess but it looks to be mostly surface rust. This is still a good deal. Parts are readily available for this Vespa and you could probably turn it into a nice daily rider that you wouldn't have to worry about scratching up.
