Rally 180 project for $2,000 in Tampa Bay, Florida

This ad sounds a little funny but I decided to post it anyways. Says someone cut into the frame to get to the wiring. I guess this could be an Ameri-bodge. I wonder if that paint is original if so it looks damn good? Fuck it though, it's a Rally 180 and if you're looking for one they're few and far between.
