Vespa for $75 in Portland, Oregon

Okay I usually don't post stuff like this. This is a great deal if you're looking for a frame or some cowls, or maybe a headset. I'm assuming there's a motor in this thing since the rear wheel looks like it's attached. It's hard to tell from the photo what this is. It looks like a mish-mash of a Vespa.
