1964 Vespa 90 project for $750 in Austin, Texas

Here's a little Vespa 90 project that looks complete. The price is a little off, and you don't know what's wrong with the motor. I'd try to get it for less since a running Vespa 90 isn't worth too much. This project should be in the $400-$700 range in my opinion.
