2002 Stella for sale in Chicago, Illinois for $1,300

I know, I know, I said this was a vintage scooter site and I keep posting these clones. I can't help it. They are good scooters and this one is priced too cheap for me not to list. If you're looking for your first scoot the Stella is probably the best one to buy. These retail for almost 3x what this is listed for after taxes and all the other b.s.
