1974 Vespa 90 in Philadelphia, PA for $1,800

Okay this is priced a little high at $1,800 for the condition it's in, but the ad says he'll accept all reasonable offers. A vespa 90 in rough but driveable condition is worth anywhere from $800 to $1,500. I'm only listing this because this is the best listing I've found today price-wise.
